Yasuo Kodaka (March 25, 1901 – August 18, 1969) was a Japanese scholar in management and accounting. Born in Yokohama, he graduated from Keio University in 1928 and went on to become an assistant there in 1929. He studied abroad in Europe and the United States, returning to Keio as an associate professor in 1937 and later a full professor in 1939. He earned his doctorate in economics in 1948, and in 1963 he became the dean of the Faculty of Commerce until his retirement in 1969 as a professor emeritus.
