Yasuharu Itō (April 18, 1922 – April 2, 2013) was a Japanese scholar of German literature and professor emeritus at Nagoya University. He is renowned for translating all works of the major medieval German poet Wolfram von Eschenbach and innovator of Minnesang, Walther von der Vogelweide. His contributions significantly impacted the understanding and appreciation of medieval German literature in Japan.
