Xu Liqing (April 5, 1910 – January 6, 1983), born Xu Yingqing, was a lieutenant general in the People's Liberation Army of China. He joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army in 1929 and became a member of the Chinese Communist Party the same year. During the Chinese Civil War, he was active in the Hubei, Henan, and Anhui regions. In 1940, he moved to Yan'an, where he was put in charge of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia area.
