Xiao'e Huang, also known as Kō Shōga, was a fortune teller born in Kumamoto Prefecture on January 12, 1913. She became notable for publishing '易入門' (Introduction to I Ching) in 1962, which triggered a boom in the interest of I Ching and fortune-telling in Japan. Her work contributed to popularizing these practices and she is recognized as an influential figure in this field.
