William Zeytounlian de Moraes is a Brazilian fencer and poet, born on November 25, 1988, in São Paulo. He started practicing fencing at the age of 15 and became a four-time Brazilian champion in sabre. Zeytounlian represented Brazil at the 2011 Pan American Games, helping his team secure a bronze medal in men's sabre. In 2015, he competed in Toronto but was eliminated in the round of 16. He holds a master's degree in History and has written poetry that is deeply influenced by the Armenian genocide stories shared by his grandmother.
