William Grant Bangerter (June 8, 1918 – April 18, 2010) was a prominent general authority in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a missionary in Brazil and later became a building contractor. His leadership roles included serving as a bishop, mission president, and as a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy. Bangerter was also a temple president and spent his later years as a patriarch. His contributions to the LDS Church were significant and spanned decades.
