William 'Willie' Erickson is an American ski jumper born on March 7, 1938, in Kingsford, Michigan. He represented the Kiwanis Ski Club and became the national champion in 1959. His international competition career spanned from 1958 to 1965, including participation in the 1958 World Championships in Lahti and the 1962 Championships in Zakopane. Although he was selected for the 1960 Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley, he did not compete. He was inducted into two sports halls of fame in 1998 and 2009.
