Walter Burch Jr. (1908-1985), known as 'Double Duty', was an American Negro league baseball player who played primarily as a catcher, second baseman, and shortstop during the 1930s and 1940s. He was associated with teams like the Kansas City Monarchs and the Homestead Grays. Burch also managed the Cleveland Buckeyes in 1942. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and passed away in Detroit, Michigan, at the age of 77.
