James Wallace 'Waddey' Harvey was an American football defensive tackle, born on March 26, 1947. He played professionally for the Buffalo Bills for two seasons, from 1969 to 1970. Before his professional career, he made a mark in college football at Virginia Tech, where his achievements earned him a place in the Virginia Tech Sports Hall of Fame. Harvey passed away on July 4, 1997.
