Vladimir Dmitrievich Ukhov was a Soviet military leader born on June 9, 1912, in Egoryevsk and passed away on March 25, 1965, in Moscow. He held the rank of lieutenant general of tank troops, which he achieved in 1959. Ukhov was a member of the Revision Commission of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1961 to 1965 and served as a deputy in the 6th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR.
