Vladimir Ilyich Malagis, born Elia Getzelevich Wulf on May 10, 1902, in Griva, Courland Governorate, was a Soviet painter and graphic artist. He was recognized as an Honored Artist of the RSFSR in 1969 and was a member of the Leningrad organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR. Malagis contributed significantly to the art scene in Leningrad, showcasing his works throughout his career until his passing in 1974.
