Vladimir Gennadyevich Gronsky was a prominent Russian journalist and media manager born on December 31, 1952, in Kronstadt. He held various influential positions, including editor-in-chief of 'Evening Petersburg' and director of the Saint Petersburg Philharmonia. Gronsky was involved in the PR campaign for Okhta-Center and served as the general director of the Information and Publishing Center of the Government of St. Petersburg. He also directed the Suvorov Museum and was appointed the general director of the Russian National Library on January 21, 2021. He passed away on December 13, 2023.
