Vladimir Ivanovich Divakov, born on June 14, 1937, in Moscow, is a protopresbyter of the Russian Orthodox Church. He serves as the dean of the Central Deanery of the city of Moscow and is the secretary of the Diocesan Council of the Moscow city diocese. Additionally, he serves as the secretary to the Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus' for the city of Moscow and is the rector of the Church of the Great Ascension at Nikitskie Gates in Moscow.
