She was a dominant force in half marathons, winning the Linz Marathon three times consecutively from 2003 to 2005 and the Frankfurt Half Marathon in 2005. In 2006, she faced disqualification at the German Half Marathon Championship. Chepketing achieved notable successes in various marathons, including winning the Guadalajara Marathon in 2007 and the Salzburg Marathon in 2010. Professionally, she is a secretary and competed for USC Heidelberg from 2004 to 2006.
