Viktor Nikolaevich Yevseyev was a Soviet test pilot born on January 18, 1905, in Blagoveshchensk, Russian Far East. He served as a senior lieutenant and became a master of parachuting sports in the USSR in 1934. His contributions to aviation were significant during his career, which was sadly cut short when he died on August 11, 1937. Yevseyev's work as a test pilot remains a notable part of Soviet aviation history.
