Veikko Olavi Polameri (February 11, 1946 – August 20, 1979) was a Finnish poet, expert in Japanese literature, and translator. He founded the literary magazine Manifesti in 1968. Polameri was married to writer Eila Kostamo from 1966 to 1978. His work contributed significantly to Finnish literature and translation of Japanese works.
