Vasily Dmitrievich Naumkin (January 14, 1936 – August 10, 1993) was a prominent Soviet metallurgist. He worked at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works from 1956 to 1993, holding various positions including blast furnace worker and senior blast furnace worker. Naumkin was a deputy in the 8th convocation of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR and received accolades such as the title of Honored Metallurgist of the RSFSR in 1979 and the Honored Metallurgist of the USSR in 1968. He was twice awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor in 1976 and 1985.
