Valkó Arisztid was a Hungarian official, art and music historian, and amateur archaeologist, born on January 29, 1905, in Budapest. He is known as one of the most significant researchers of Solymár's history. His work included the excavation of the ruins of the royal castle in Solymár. For decades, he maintained a private museum in his residence, which was an early 20th-century villa recognized as a historical monument. Valkó's findings contributed to the understanding of the area's archaeological heritage.
