Valdis Toomast is an Estonian entrepreneur and municipal politician, a member of the Isamaa party since 2002. He graduated from Tallinna 21. Keskkool in 1987 and was elected to the Saue City Council in 1999. He served as the chairman of the council from 2008 to 2017. Following the merger of Saue City and surrounding municipalities in 2017, he became a member of the Saue Municipal Council. He was also a board member of the Jalgpallihaigla foundation from 2009 to 2013 and ran in the 2023 Riigikogu elections but was not elected.
