Tsutomu Kawasaki (August 27, 1908 - April 22, 1997) was a Japanese businessman and economist. He served as the head of the European office of the Japan Iron and Steel Federation. He earned a Doctorate in Economics. Born in Mie Prefecture, he was the eldest son of politician Katsu Kawasaki and had a brother, Shuji Kawasaki, who was a member of the House of Representatives. His wife was the daughter of Jiro Kanazawa, a prominent legal figure in Japan.
