Tsuru Kuwabara (December 25, 1902 - July 28, 1969) was a Japanese diplomat and writer. He is known as one of the leaders of the Kokutai Meichō movement, which aimed to clarify and promote the ideology of the Japanese state and national identity during a tumultuous period in Japan's history. His contributions to diplomacy and literature marked his significance in Japan's cultural and political landscape.
