In 2022, he became the national champion in high jump and achieved notable success in 2023 at the World University Games in Chengdu, earning a bronze medal by clearing 2.20 m, placing behind Ukrainian Wladyslaw Lawskyj and fellow Taiwanese athlete Fu Chao-hsuan.
