Tōru Ogawa (February 25, 1923 - February 10, 1991) was a Japanese film and literary critic. Born in Tokyo, he experienced student mobilization during World War II. He graduated from Tohoku Imperial University in 1946 and began working for Jiji Press. Ogawa contributed to various publications and eventually became the editor-in-chief of 'Eiga Geijutsu.' He also served as the president of Eiga Geijutsu Shinsha and was involved in notable legal cases in the film industry, where he testified successfully.
