Tor Olav Evensen, born on September 14, 1950, in Nærøy, is a Norwegian musician notably known for his role as a bassist in the band Sambandet from 1977 to 1986. He grew up in Abelvær, Nærøy. After a brief stint at sea, he dedicated himself to music, performing with bands like Groovy and Tors Hammer. Currently, he serves as the manager of Sambandet and was also the bassist for the rock band Alt for damene in the 1990s.
