Tor Andreas Kofoed (February 12, 1936 – November 19, 1997) was a prominent local politician in Vardø, Norway, representing the Labour Party. He served as deputy mayor from 1980 to 1981 and as mayor from 1982 until the end of 1995. During his tenure, significant projects were realized in Vardø, including Kiberg Grendehus, a sports hall, and Vardø Airport at Svartnes. He was also active in developing the harbor and industrial area of Svartnes, and was appointed honorary member of the Norwegian Labour Party in the 1990s.
