Anthony L. Starcer (1919–1986) was an American soldier and artist known for his nose art during World War II. As a sergeant in the US Army Air Force, he worked with the 91st Bombardment Group, painting nose art on B-17 bombers, including the Memphis Belle. Starcer's work featured prominently on 124 aircraft, showcasing his artistic talent. In 1981, he recreated his nose art for the restored B-17G Shoo Shoo Baby. His contributions to military art are commemorated through his works and the aircraft that displayed them.
