Anthony Samuel Aiello was an American football player born on April 28, 1921, in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. He attended Brookfield High School and played college football as a halfback at Youngstown from 1939 to 1942. Aiello joined the NFL with the Detroit Lions in 1944, playing in four games before being released. He briefly signed with the Brooklyn Tigers, where he played just one game. Aiello passed away on February 24, 2012, in Norwalk, Ohio.
