Ton Kolkman (born December 31, 1950) is a Dutch writer known for his works in the Nedersaksische languages, particularly in the Twente and Drenthe dialects. He began his literary career in the 1970s and co-founded the literary magazine De Pennevogel to promote the use of these dialects. He later established another magazine, Roet, aimed at contemporary writers in the Drenthe dialect. Throughout the 1990s, Kolkman contributed book and album reviews to local publications, advocating for the literary significance of regional languages.
