He developed this dance style in 1992 to enhance clown performances at birthday parties, leading to the concept of 'Hip Hop Clowns.' Tommy and his followers have performed at both community birthday parties and high-profile events for celebrities like Madonna and Cedric the Entertainer. He gained international fame in 2005 through the documentary 'RIZE' by David LaChapelle.
