Thomas Rowe (13 August 1913 – 9 May 2006) was an English footballer who played as a centre half. He was part of the Portsmouth team that won the 1939 FA Cup Final. During World War II, Rowe served as a bomber pilot in the RAF, completing 39 missions and earning the Distinguished Flying Cross. After being shot down, he became a prisoner of war for two years. Following the war, he continued his service with the RAF Volunteer Reserve until 1958 and was the last surviving member of Portsmouth's cup-winning side.
