Thomas Ulric Neck was a professional American football player who played as a defensive back in the NFL for the Chicago Bears during a single game in 1962. He was drafted by the Bears in the 18th round of the 1962 NFL draft and also by the Boston Patriots in the AFL draft. Neck attended Louisiana State University, where he played for the LSU Tigers football team. Born in Marksville, Louisiana, he passed away in 2017 at the age of 78.
