Thomas Dickson Armour III is an American professional golfer, born on October 8, 1959. He joined the PGA Tour in 1981 and achieved notable victories, including the 1990 Phoenix Open and the 2003 Valero Texas Open, where he set a scoring record. Armour is the grandson of three-time major champion Tommy Armour and has faced challenges, including losing his Tour card due to injury in 2006. He made his Champions Tour debut in 2010 and attempted to qualify for the PGA Tour at 52 years old.
