He served as a professor of Spanish language at the University of Zaragoza. Throughout his life, he published over fifty books and articles focusing on etymology, lexicography, and lexical studies pertaining to these linguistic regions. Buesa was born in Chaca in 1923 and passed away in Zaragoza in December 2004.
