Tom Warburton, born on July 23, 1968, is an American animator, producer, writer, and designer known for creating the animated TV series 'Codename: Kids Next Door'. He also directed the short animated film 'Kenny and the Chimp'. He was a production designer on the first season of 'Beavis and Butt-Head' and the main character designer for 'Pepper Ann'. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2009, he has worked at Walt Disney Animation Studios and served as a creative director on 'Fish Hook' and executive producer on 'The 7D' and 'Muppet Babies'.
