Tom Livingstone-Learmonth, born Thomas Carlisle Livingstone-Learmonth on January 5, 1906, in Waratah, Newcastle, Australia, was a British hurdler who specialized in the 400-meter distance. He competed in the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam, finishing fifth with a time of 54.2 seconds. In the semifinals, he set a national record of 54.0 seconds, which was surpassed in the final by the winner, Lord Burghley, who clocked 53.4 seconds. Livingstone-Learmonth's athletic career was cut short when he passed away on April 24, 1931, in Khartoum, Anglo-Egyptian Sudan.
