Tom Erik Oxholm is a retired Norwegian speed skater born on February 22, 1959, in Larvik. He began competing at the Junior World Championships in 1977, earning a bronze medal in 1978 and finishing fourth in 1980. His most successful season as a senior saw him winning bronze medals at both the European and World Allround Championships and competing in the Winter Olympics, where he also secured two bronze medals in the 5000m and 10000m events. His best result later on was a fourth place at the continental championships in 1982.
