Tim Minchin is an Australian actor, musician, comedian, and writer known for his musical comedy. He has released six albums and has performed in various comedy shows across Australia and the UK. Growing up in Perth, he attended the University of Western Australia and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts before moving to Melbourne in 2002. Minchin participated in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and has had some minor roles in Australian television.
