Thorleif Borgersen (1918–1990) was a Norwegian local politician for the Conservative Party (Høyre) who served as the mayor of Hole municipality in Buskerud from 1977 to 1983. He was a prominent figure in the action committee opposing the merger of Hole with nearby municipalities into the larger Ringerike municipality in 1964. Following a referendum where 93% voted against the merger, Hole was declared an independent municipality again by royal decree on July 23, 1976. Borgersen was a master painter by profession.
