Thor Bekeng was a Norwegian politician, born in 1905. He became a member of the Nasjonal Samling party in 1935. In January 1941, he was appointed as county governor of Troms county, Norway, and also took on the administration of Finnmark county. Following the arrest of the previous governor, he was appointed as governor of Finnmark on 14 June 1941, serving until 1944, when Peder Holt took over as acting governor during the liberation of the county.
