Frans Anders Thomas Werthén, born December 31, 1953, in Habo, Sweden, is a Swedish Moderate Party politician. He served as the municipal councilor and chairman of the municipal board in Habo from 2009 to 2018. Werthén holds a degree as a mechanical engineer and has a background in marketing and sales. He entered politics in 2005, became chairman of the education committee in 2006, and then municipal councilor in 2009. He was succeeded as chairman in 2014. He was married to Marie-Louise Bergh from 1986 until her passing in 2021.
