Thomas Hopfner is an Austrian politician and police officer born on August 6, 1965, in Alberschwende. He is a former member of the SPÖ and has been serving as a representative in the Vorarlberg Landtag since November 18. Hopfner held the position of club chairman of the SPÖ Landtag club from September 28, 2020, until his departure from the club and party on November 29, 2021. Additionally, he is the head of the Education Center of the Security Academy in Feldkirch.
