Heikki Tapani Valtasaari (March 12, 1941 - July 5, 2004) was a Finnish opera singer known for his bass-baritone voice. He was a soloist at the Finnish National Opera from 1971 until his retirement, performing lead roles in classical operas such as 'The Flying Dutchman' and 'Rigoletto', as well as Finnish productions. He also had a career as an oratorio singer. Valtasaari died in a car accident.
