Takeo Nakajima (October 4, 1908 - March 4, 1988) was a Japanese haiku poet and scholar of Japanese literature, originally from Tokyo. His birth name was Takeo, and he was formerly known by the pen name getsushi. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Tokyo, specializing in modern literature and the history of haiku. He was also an esteemed professor emeritus at Japan Women's University.
