Svend Erik Kjær Rasmussen (1936 – December 4, 2002) was a Danish politician and educator. He served as a teacher at Jerne School in Esbjerg, becoming head of the joint teacher's council, and later as principal of Boldesager School until his retirement in 1996. Entering politics, he was elected to the Folketing in 1966 for the Socialist People’s Party and helped form the Left Socialists party, serving from 1968 to 1971. He later joined the Social Democrats and became district chairman. He was also on the board of the Esbjerg branch of the Grænseforening from 1993 until his death.
