Sulo Kolkka was a Finnish sniper who allegedly killed around 400 Red Army soldiers during the Winter War, making him one of the deadliest snipers of World War II. However, Kolkka's existence is in question as he is believed to be a fictional character, created by Finns to demoralize Soviet troops. There are no records of his name in Finnish Ministry of Defense archives or contemporary media, and no photographs exist of him. His tactics were said to resemble those of the famed sniper Simo Häyhä, leading to suggestions of confusion in media reporting.
