Suchibrata Roy Choudhury (September 1, 1929 – December 2, 2009) was an Assamese writer, poet, and administrator. She was the first woman officer of the Assam Administrative Service and also the first woman judge in Assam. Roy Choudhury received the Sahitya Akademi Translation Award in 2001 for her Assamese translation of Subhira Jaychowal's English book 'Origin and Development of Vaishnavism', titled 'Vaishnava Dharmar Antiguri aru Bikash'.
