Stig von Bahr (born June 26, 1939) is a Swedish jurist and former judge at the EU Court of Justice. He has worked with the Parliamentary Ombudsman and at various ministries, including the Ministry of Finance. He was appointed as a judge in the Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg in 1981 and became a Supreme Court Justice in 1985. Von Bahr has contributed to numerous public inquiries primarily in tax law and accounting, and has published many articles on these topics. He was appointed EU judge on October 7, 2000.
