He has collaborated extensively with his brother Peter Thorsboe on theater, film, and the novel 'Den svindske affære' since 1977. Notable works include the TV series 'Station 13', 'Blændet', and 'Landsbyen'. He was the lead writer for 'TAXA' and contributed to 'Rejseholdet', which won multiple awards. Thorsboe created 'Krøniken', nominated for an international Emmy, and has continued to work with his wife on series such as 'Lykke' and 'Badehotellet', the latter receiving high ratings.
