Steven Thomas (born Harry Steven Thomas) is an English designer and visual artist born on October 30, 1944. He is renowned for his interior and graphic design work for the Biba fashion brand. In the 1970s, he played a pivotal role in the design of 'Big Biba', a notable seven-storey department store in London. His design portfolio also includes notable projects for music groups, including The Herd and The Rolling Stones, as well as brands like Levi's and Subaru. Additionally, he co-authored 'Welcome To Big Biba' and was featured in a 2008 exhibition.
