Ștefan Marius Milcu (August 15, 1903 – December 1, 1997) was a Romanian physician and politician, a member of the Romanian Academy since 1948. He is recognized alongside Constantin I. Parhon as a founder of the Romanian school of endocrinology. Milcu was also part of the Romanian Committee for the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology and established the journal NOESIS. He authored significant monographs on the thymus and epiphysis, organized the first program for endemic goiter prevention, and published two Treatises on Clinical Endocrinology.
